- Why I blog this blog. Some people open doors for other people, i think it was April of '94, i met PHI BULANI in a wine bar in London Ontario, and a door was opened. He was by himself. There was something about him, he looked a little lonely, but attractive~ and i was a couple of glasses deep and wanted to talk. So i saddled up beside him and said 'What are y' drinkin?' He kind of mumbled something and with out looking up said "Jack straight up... realizing i wasn't the waitress, he shifted easily... and You?" 'It's a Chilean red i rambled, kind of dances on the tongue... he gave me this furtive glance, riveting me with an easy, unassuming smile, i remember thinking 'god his eyes look almost navy blue.' We stared at one another, and as if to shake us loose, he stuck out his hand and said "Hi I'm PHI BULANI." Link up with the rest of this story at phi-bulani-fan-club.blogspot.com
